Ordering Online from Mail Order Moggies and Penguins by Post is safe and secure. Payments are handled on our behalf by Paypal, who automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using 128 bit encryption.
If you prefer, you may also send a cheque, made payable to Mail Order Moggies to the following address, but please note this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship your merchandise:-

Ordering is easy
1. Simply click on the item you are interested in.
This will display a bigger picture with an item description, it will also provide you with a box to select a quantity &/or a choice of product.
2. Make any quantity or product choice selection and click on the 'add to cart' button.
3. If you want to remove an item from your cart, just correct the number of items in the quantity box, then click on 'update'.
4. When you are ready to pay, click 'checkout'.
You will be asked to complete some information to enable us to despatch your order and then (unless paying by sending a cheque) transfered to the Paypal secure Payment site.Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to use this service
5. Paypal will ask for your payment details and will confirm that the transaction is complete. They will also send you an e-mail to confirm this.
6. Finally, simply click the button bottom right to return to our site.
Return / Refund Policy
All goods are sold with a 28 day guarantee. If you change your mind about a item, simply return it to us in its packaging, in original, resalable condition, and we will provide you with a refund of the item value or exchange it for another product for you.
Damaged goods must be notified to us within 3 working days

Delivery Information
We aim to despach orders within 3 working days of recieving your order, however this may not always be possible, so please allow 21 days for delivery.
If you need an item urgently, please let us know and we will do our very best to accomodate you.
Delivery charges to the UK are as follows:-
£2.95 for orders up to £25 and
£4.95 for orders £25.01 - £59.99
Orders over £60 free delivery in the UK.
Overseas Customers
Please email us with the items you would like and we will calculate the delivery cost for you before you place your order.
Backorders
If an items is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. We are happy to back order for you, but will always offer you the option to cancel if you prefer not to wait.
